Assurity has a 120 year legacy of providing competitive insurance products to the middle-income market. Our national marketing organization helps non-captive Life / Health licensed agents offer Assurity’s Life, Accident, Disability, and Critical Illness products.

This non-captive agency manager opportunity allows an agent to have multiple streams of income by combining a strong 115% commission rate for personal sales with a 20% commission override on each downline agent they oversee. With our turn-key systems, the agency manger does NOT need to spend money on support staff, an office, or other expenses typically associated to that business.
The agency manager will be provided their home town as their territory and they will also be provided leads of interested agents. Beyond the leads provided, the agency manager might also recruit agents with a life/health license that may need a solid carrier for Life, Disability, Critical Illness, or Accident. There are no quotas to fulfill, but the agent must show a genuine interest in helping other Assurity agents get started and be successful. The agent is expected to add value to those agents, so they must be willing to follow up with those agents in a timely manner as well as acquire a working knowledge of the Assurity products.

Our e-contracting process takes 10 minutes. Assurity requires an agent to own a basic Errors and Omissions insurance policy prior to writing their first piece of business.
